Creed - Mastiff and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Shreveport, Louisiana

CREED

Mastiff, Mixed Breed
🇺🇸
Shreveport, Louisiana
June 16th
male, extra large, adult

DESCRIPTION

Hello, everyone! My name is Creed, and I'm a young, male Mastiff who's looking for a loving home! I'm may weigh 81 pounds, but I'm really just a gentle giant! I was brought to the shelter with a female Cane Corso after we were found as strays. We were both dragging tethers, so we most likely escaped our home. But no one ever came to the shelter to claim us, so now we're available for adoption. I'm a handsome, friendly dog who enjoys walks, treats, and meeting new people! I need a home with a strong handler and secure fence to keep me safe when I'm outside. I'm heartworm positive, and a treatment plan must be put in place by the adopter before I can go home. There are affordable treatment options available for heartworms, so please talk with your veterinarian for more information. My $75 adoption fee includes the neuter, microchip, and vaccinations. If you can give me a FOREVER home, please come meet me today and let's see if we're a good match for each other!

These dogs are devoted family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. With a distinctive wrinkled face and a massive build, Mastiffs require proper training and socialization to thrive in various environments.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
