DESCRIPTION
Meet Lucho 💙
Lucho is a sweet, gentle 12 year old senior who almost didn’t get his second chance. Because of overcrowding at local shelters, he was placed on the euthanasia list before we were able to bring him into our rescue, in the nick of time — and we are so grateful we did!
Now safe, Lucho is just looking for a soft place to land and a family to love him through his golden years. He doesn’t ask for much… just a comfy bed, a calm home, and someone who will cherish him the way he deserves.
Lucho is incredibly gentle and relaxed when it comes to bath time—you can see it in his pictures! He patiently stands there, taking it all in stride, enjoying the massage he gets during the bath and while drying off. 🙂
If you’re looking for someone to spend time with while watching TV, relaxing on the couch, or just hanging out in the yard, Lucho is your guy. He’s calm, easygoing, and happiest simply being by your side. 🐾

ABOUT: MASTIFF DOG BREED
The Mastiff, a large and powerful breed with a history dating back to ancient times, is known for its gentle and loyal nature. These dogs are devoted family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Despite their imposing size, Mastiffs are typically calm and patient, making them excellent protectors and watchdogs. With a distinctive wrinkled face and a massive build, Mastiffs require proper training and socialization to thrive in various environments.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
