Ivory has a sad story. Originally she was picked up as a stray. Then she goes to a foster-to-adopt home and through no fault of her own (resident dog was old and afraid) was returned after two weeks. The couple couldn't say enough nice things about her but their dog wasn't having it. Fast forward to last summer and she is adopted by another couple. She was their "baby"! Fully housebroken, excellent recall, healthy. A couple of months ago, her Dad suddenly passed away leaving her heartbroken. Her Mom's health didn't allow her to keep Ivory, so she was returned to the shelter.
The perfect home would be calm with a secure place for her to lounge in the sun. She is very affectionate and loves pets. This girl needs a break...is she for you? HEARTWORM NEGATIVE
