Hey there... I'm Dude.

Yep, that's really my name - because apparently everyone who meets me says, "He's just such a cool little dude." And honestly? They're not wrong.

I'm a cream-colored Maltese around 6-7 years old, weighing only 8 pounds, and I came to CAMO Rescue after my breeder surrendered me with about 8 others. Even though life hasn't always been easy for me, I've somehow managed to hold onto my happy-go-lucky spirit through it all.

I'm an easygoing little guy who loves pretty much everyone I meet. I get along wonderfully with other dogs, and I'm happiest when I'm close to my people getting attention, cuddles, or just hanging out nearby. If you're sitting down, there's a very good chance I'll be right next to you soaking up the love.

People say I'm extremely sweet and affectionate, and I have to admit... I really do love being loved. Whether it's belly rubs, cozy naps, or following you around like your tiny shadow, I'm just happy to finally be experiencing the good life.

At only 8 pounds, I'm the perfect pocket-sized companion with a heart way bigger than my tiny body. I've spent enough time waiting for my chance - now I'm ready for a forever home where I can be someone's favorite little sidekick for the rest of my life.

Adoption fee is: $400

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
