Almost 6 years old 10 lbs Maltese x Mini Schnauzer Mix

Kween is a tiny lady with a gentle heart and a love for the simple joys in life. This sweet, affectionate girl is being rehomed through no fault of her own. Her owner works very long hours and, wanting a fuller, happier life for Kween, made the difficult and loving decision to find her the home she deserves.

Kween is friendly, adores children, and is a world-class cuddle companion. She enjoys attention and affection but is equally content relaxing beside you or quietly watching TV like a proper little couch queen. One of her favorite pastimes is sunbathing, where she can soak up warmth like royalty.

Kween would do best in a cat-free home, as cats make her nervous. She enjoys leisurely walks but prefers shorter outings. About 15 to 20 minutes is her perfect pace before she's ready to head back for snuggles. She also loves car rides, making her a delightful little co-pilot.

Like many small, refined ladies, Kween has a few preferences: she isn't fond of wet grass or smoke and would much rather stay cozy and dry.

Kween is a loving, easygoing companion who would thrive in a home filled with warmth, affection, and gentle routines. If you're looking for a sweet, petite best friend with a calm, cuddly personality, Kween may be your perfect match.

All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.

***Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it's the perfect match!
