7-year-old Chiquita became a Frosted Face after her elderly owners' health declined, making it no longer possible for them to care for her. Their granddaughter reached out for help through our Final Wish Program, sharing "Chiquita is my grandparents' whole heart."
Chiquita is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn more about her in a home environment. Her foster mom shares:
