Winnie is a 1-2 year old, 8lb, sweet girl. We are guessing she is Maltese or Havanese mix, but since we don't know her history we cannot guarantee breeds (she may also have some Miniature Poodle in her). Winnie was surrendered to a rescue in Texas and they reached out to us to see if we could find her a wonderful home here in Colorado. Of course we couldn't say no!
Winnie has since made her way to CO and is ready to find her forever family! She gets along well with other dogs and all people. She is a very, VERY happy girl and still has a good amount of fun energy, since she's still pretty young. Winnie is super loving and snuggly during down time and would love a family who will love her unconditionally just like she will love them unconditionally. Winnie would do great in a home with another dog to play with, or a family who has the time and energy for a dog who is both snuggly and loving, and happy and energetic. She is the perfect size and temperament to be a lap dog and adventure dog. She would love to go on daily wants/hikes and even to breweries and other outings with her forever humans.
**Winnie is a lower-nonshedding dog, so her forever humans will need to get her groomed every 6-8 weeks to keep her feeling good and looking great!
