Cornelius was found at a local rest stop in rough shape. This little Lhasa Apso was so covered in mats he could barely see. After a diligent search for his family with no one coming forward, we stepped in to get him the grooming and care he desperately needed.
Now cleaned up and feeling so much better, Cornelius is showing us his sweet personality. He does have difficulty seeing. He can hear you and search's you out easily.
Cornelius will do best with a family committed to regular grooming and providing a safe, secure environment. In return, he'll bring love, companionship, and a whole lot of charm.
