Lima Bean is a 4-year-old, 18-pound Lhasa Apso mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This mild-mannered sweetheart is the kind of dog who just wants to be close to his people-he's incredibly trusting, affectionate, and happiest when he's by your side.

He gets along well with other dogs and truly enjoys the company of both humans and furry friends. Lima Bean is a big fan of walks and does great on a leash, making him a wonderful companion for daily strolls or relaxed outings.

Like many rescue pups, he's still working on perfecting his potty training and learning that outside is the place to go-but with a little patience and consistency, he's sure to get the hang of it. One thing to know is that Lima Bean doesn't love being alone, so he'd thrive in a home where someone is around often or can give him the companionship he craves.

Oh-and did we mention he loves to eat? Mealtime is definitely one of his favorite parts of the day!

Lima Bean has cataracts in one eye. He has been evaluated by a vet and it does not slow him down one bit! He is a playful, happy, young dog who can't wait to meet his forever family.
