Lisa is a friendly, happy girl who came to us from a crowded shelter and is now ready to start the next chapter of her life — with a forever family of her own! This beautiful Lab mix (best guess) has the warmest brown eyes that will melt your heart in an instant. But it's not just her looks that make her special — Lisa has a truly lovely disposition and a naturally sweet personality that makes her an absolute joy to be around. She has a wonderful medium energy level — happy to join you for walks and playtime, but also content to relax and be your loyal companion. Lisa does great with other dogs and would thrive in a home where she can continue building her confidence and skills. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.

Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
