Meet Bear 🐻

Bear is a 5-month-old spayed female Black & White Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This wiggly girl is full of curiosity, excitement, and that classic goofy puppy energy.

Bear is currently discovering all the best parts of being a dog. She's learning how fun fetch can be, enjoys zooming around the yard, and is starting to understand the magic of toys. Everything is new and exciting to her, and she approaches life with wide-eyed enthusiasm.

She’s also figuring out the social side of puppyhood and is learning how to play with other dogs. Bear is eager to learn and would thrive with a family that enjoys working with a young dog who is still soaking up the world.

The good news? She already has some great foundations:
Crate trained
Very eager to learn
Active and playful

Bear is still working on her leash skills, so she would likely do best in a home with a yard where she can run and burn off her puppy energy while continuing to practice her training.

If you’re looking for a happy, wiggly, slightly goofy adventure buddy who is ready to grow up with you, Bear might be your girl.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up. All dogs are dewormed, given core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP (3 of them if a puppy) and Rabies as well as all are microchipped and on a monthly preventative for flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

All of our animals are placed into foster homes so they thrive and the transition is easier.
