Meet Luna!
Meet Luna — a 2-year-old Labrador mix who was found as a stray in the mountains of Puerto Rico. We don't know what her early life looked like, but what we do know is that she is incredibly loving, resilient, and ready for a fresh start.
Despite her unknown beginnings, Luna is beautifully well-adjusted. She is dog friendly, cat friendly, and kid friendly — the kind of personality that makes her an easy addition to many different types of homes.
She has a gentle, social nature and an easygoing presence. Luna enjoys playing with other dogs, coexists peacefully with cats, and is sweet and patient with children. She's affectionate without being overwhelming and happiest when she's simply shown love.
Luna's past may be unclear, but her future is bright. She's ready for stability, consistency, and a family to call her own — one where she can finally settle in and just be loved.
All of our dogs come with a 7-week group Beginner course at Bark n' Roll in North Reading included with adoption. If you are not local to North Reading you may opt for an included virtual private session with a certified positive trainer with Bark n' Roll.
To apply to adopt, fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adopt. Please note that RnR is a volunteer-based organization. While volunteers review applications as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the following information about our adoption process:
LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents. We rarely know a dog's exact age or full breed mix of dogs, as our information is usually limited.
RNR's ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting one of our adoptable pups is to fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adopt. Once we receive your application, one of our volunteers will contact you, review our adoption process, and answer any additional questions you may have. It is important to note that we do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions but on the best fit for a family and, most importantly, the dog.
MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until your adoption application is submitted and reviewed.
APPLYING ONLINE: When completing an application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device); make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible and that you receive a confirmation email.
