Thomas, male, 15 weeks Lab mix, weighs 16lbs

Thomas is looking for a special home that is willing to give him some time and patience. He was an abandoned puppy, left to fend for himself. He is slowing learning to trust humans again and is going to be a wonderful addition to the right family. He will need another dog in the home (he loves learning from them). Thomas is starting to learn that toys can be great to play with as until now he has had none. This sweet boy will sleep quietly in his crate and is learning his house training and will take treats from you. He is frightened of the leash so a fenced in yard would be ideal. No small children in the home that would frighten him. We are seeking someone that wears their heart on their sleeve and can see past his timidness.
