Splinter is the perfect example of a medical foster success story. This sweet boy came to the shelter under terrible circumstances and needed extensive medical care to make it through. To make this recovery smoother for him, he was sent to one of routine medical fosters who (with the help of our medical team) made sure that this sweet boy could make it through.
