Phideux is thought to be around 1 to 2 years old. Phideux was brought to the shelter with Dip, both being humane cases that were recently released by the court for adoption. Both were tied up outside and abandoned. Phideux is friendly and affectionate. He actually has a great little smile that vanished when the camera focused on him..lol. Phideux currently weighs 41 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.
Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 3/26/26)
