- Loves to carry around sticks that were quadruple his size
- Loves his lambchop toy
- In the process of figuring out fetch and does well with bringing the ball back
- Foster family said he was not a huge cuddler unless there was something scary going on, like a vacuum nearby
- Very smart and made some progress on potty training while in his foster home
- Does well in his crate overnight; foster family said he was quick to settle down when put in his crate or downstairs to separate him from the kittens in the home
- LOVED playing with the kittens in his foster home (and all of their toys)
- Did great with other dogs in his foster home and was very receptive when they corrected his play
- Was not a fan of the horses he met in his foster home - they were just a little too big and scary for him
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
