Lily #10 | 10-Week-Old Mixed Breed | Potty Prodigy with a Playful Heart

Lily is a 10-week-old, approximately 12-pound black-and-white mixed breed puppy who is already impressing everyone she meets with her smarts and sweet personality. She’s playful, affectionate, and loves to be part of the action, but she also settles down quickly and enjoys cuddling up with her people. One of Lily’s standout qualities is her early potty training success—she will stand by the door and even give a little scratch to let you know she needs to go out, and she does an excellent job holding it until she gets outside.

Lily is doing well with crate training. She may whine a bit at first since she doesn’t want to miss out on the fun, but she settles in nicely after a few minutes and does well when left alone for several hours. She’s also off to a great start on leash and enjoys getting out for walks. With a medium energy level, she’s happy with a couple of play sessions or short walks each day, followed by downtime to relax.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and has done well with children of various ages, making her a great candidate for a family home. She hasn’t met cats yet. Lily may show a slight preference for men, but she is overall friendly and loving with everyone she meets. She enjoys toys, chew bones, and car rides, and she’s especially content when she has a good bone to keep her busy.

Like any puppy, Lily is still learning her manners and can be a bit mouthy or jumpy during play, but she is responding well to structure and guidance. She’s food motivated, eager to learn, and already showing great potential to grow into a well-mannered companion.

Lily’s ideal home is one that can provide moderate activity, consistency, and continued training. She would especially love a home with another dog to play with and learn from. With her combination of intelligence, affection, and easygoing nature, Lily is sure to become a loyal and loving addition to a very lucky family.

If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.

The adoption fee for this pet is $475 (includes a $50 refundable puppy training deposit). Our adoption fee covers the following:

Spay/neuter
