Draco was a western Asia street dog until he was saved by our Kuwait rescue partners, and he flew all the way here just in time for the New Year! Now, this sweetheart is ready for his forever home. He is a dog friendly, lovable, smart boy with a talent for making folks fall in love with him! Draco is smart, motivated, and eager to please. He has been thriving in his foster home!
