Meet Castella! This precious 2 month old black lab baby came to us after a harrowing ordeal. Castella was found inside a shopping cart, sitting amongst trashbags behind a business in Charlotte, NC. The business manager discovered her and found that she had a large cast on her leg and was all alone, abandoned there. She was rushed to a vet where we discovered she had a severe break in her leg. She was recasted and sent right to our care, where she is now ready for the good life! We cannot understand how somebody could just abandon a teeny puppy with a broken leg. Despite her ordeal, Castella is as sweet and lovable as can be. She has the typical puppy playfulness and love of everything. She is full of life and ready to heal and grow in a forever home!
