A good Samaritan found Jessie in a park and she was very pregnant. The good Samaritan took her home to get her out of the cold weather. Jessie delivered 3 beautiful babies (Oreo, Bre and Amos) in less than 24 hours. The good Samaritan contacted us and we welcomed the little family into our rescue.

Amos may be the smallest of the litter, but what he lacks in size he makes up for with a heart overflowing with puppy joy. This little guy is like a chocolate chip cookie . . . small, sweet and impossible to resist. Amos is playful, curious and always ready for fun. He loves bouncing around with his siblings, chasing toys and then curling up in a cozy bed after a puppy play session. His bright eyes and happy spirit make him a tiny bundle of sunshine wherever he goes. Good with dogs and cats. Children 7 years old and older. Amos' forever home is required to have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard to run/play in and hang out with his people. He is up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and working on potty training. If you are looking for a small pup with a big personality and a heart filled with love, Amos might be the perfect addition to your family. Sometimes the tinies cookies are the sweetest!

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs under the age of 1 year attend 2 obedience classes (each class is a 6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Amos' adoption fee is $350.
