Eddie (A141787) is a 2-year-old Lab x Poodle mix who weighed 51.4 pounds on intake! 4/23/26 This scruffy friend is Eddie! Eddie arrived at the shelter as a stray and is now looking for his new place to call home! We have found that Eddie does have a bit of initial stranger danger, but warms up quickly with treats and calm energy! He would benefit from attending a basic obedience class with a certified trainer to continue working on his manners and to help build his confidence. While at the shelter, he has done a decent job at keeping his kennel clean, indicating that he may already be housebroken; however, keep in mind there is always an adjustment period as he settles into his new home. Since he was a stray, we do not know if Eddie has experience around children or other animals. Please ensure you are making slow, safe, and controlled introductions with all new people and animals to help set him up for success. If you are interested in meeting Eddie, please let us know!
