More About Ducky Bubby the Goofy Kid Approved Cutie
Take a wild guess what our favorite thing about Ducky Bubby is...well if you guessed it's his adorable face and his little teefers that poke out from time to time, then you are absolutely right! So get your camera roll ready to spam it with Ducky Bubby "teefies" pics because that is that is exactly what your camera is going to be consistent of. His personality is even better though. He is a perfect mix of goofy, sweet, and a little awkward LOL. Which ultimately means he'll unintentionally have you laughing by just being himself. Ducky Bubby really is so so sweet and a great boy.

Watch his video and fall in love with his sweet personality: https://youtu.be/9AeTTqRh3Pk?si=RSB_EKsMI8NCpAqX

Ducky Bubby is believed to be a Lab mix approximately 4 years old and currently weighs 55 lbs. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age.

One thing we do believe is that if you're looking for a dog who is an absolute natural with kids, Ducky is that dog. He has this calm, steady presence that makes him feel like he’s always belonged. Not hyper, not jumping for attention, just perfectly there. Even when things get loud and chaotic (jumping, yelling, cartwheels and all), Ducky simply watches with a wagging tail, completely unbothered. He engages in the best way. Playing with toys, chasing balls, sitting and shaking, and taking treats incredibly gently. He shares nicely, interacts just enough to keep things fun without overwhelming anyone, and even brings a little comedy trying (and sometimes failing) to catch toys mid-air, which kids absolutely love. He’s that “cool dog” every kid wants, and truly has all the makings of a steady, fun, and natural family companion.

Ducky is very dog friendly and has been in multiple play groups with a wide variety of different types of dogs all with varying personalities. He loves zooming around the yard with his doggy friends, enjoying bursts of energy while running and exploring. Ducky doesn't need constant playtime to be happy. He'll engage in rumble and tumble play, as well as a game of "tag you're it" from time to time. We love watching him get the zoomies in the yard and watching him run as fast as he can with so much happiness in eyes. He also resembles a baby deer frolicking in a field because when he takes off for a romp, he hops in an air for take off and it's the cutest thing. He's perfect for a home with other dogs that are goofy and confident, he really feeds off the confidence of other dogs as he can be a little shy at first.

Ducky also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know!

Ducky would love to be in a home with a backyard where he can sunbathe anytime he wants, roll in the grass, and explore all the fun smells. We could also even see him being good in an apartment. He is quiet in his crate, walks so easy on a leash, and wouldn't be bothered passing by other dogs in those smaller apartment hallways. He has great house manners and from what we have seen, he is fully potty trained. Ducky is also very teat motivated and already knows some basic commands such as sit and will be eager to learn any new trick you want to teach him. He can even catch treats back to back. Ducky loves to play with toys and is perfectly content with entertaining himself while you do things around the house. He'll toss them up in the air and basically play fetch by himself. Ducky is such a character and will make any family happy.

We are willing to test Ducky Bubby with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know.
