If loyalty had a puppy face, it would look exactly like Albany.
Meet Albany, a 3-month-old sweetheart who is already proving she’s the kind of dog who will be your little shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your most enthusiastic greeter all rolled into one adorable pup. This lovely girl is believed to be a Black Lab and Pit Bull mix—though in the world of rescue, breed guesses are always a bit of a fun mystery!
Albany currently weighs about 20 pounds, and she’s growing into a beautiful pup with a heart just as big as her puppy paws.

She lives with two adults, and she absolutely adores her people. Albany loves to follow them around the house, happily checking in throughout the day. When they sit down, she’s quick to deliver gentle snuggles and sweet puppy kisses. Greeting her humans when they walk into the room is one of her favorite jobs—her tail wags like crazy and her whole body lights up with happiness.
Albany also shares her home with four small dogs and her three siblings, and she does wonderfully with everyone. The group plays gently together, enjoys exploring the yard, and often spends time relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. She’s very respectful with the other dogs and enjoys the social environment.
Her personality shines through as kind, loving, loyal, and affectionate. Albany has a medium energy level, meaning she enjoys playtime and exploring but also appreciates relaxing with her people once the fun is done. She’s a naturally social pup who bonds deeply with her humans.
She’s already doing fantastic with her early routines. Albany is crate trained and settles down calmly in her crate after a good play session. She’s also doing great with potty training, thanks to her crate schedule and frequent potty breaks.
When playtime rolls around, Albany’s favorite toys are stuffed animal toys. She loves carrying them around proudly and cuddling with them when she’s ready for a little rest.
What makes Albany truly special is the way she connects with her people. She greets her humans with genuine excitement and devotion, and it’s clear she has the makings of an incredibly loyal lifelong companion.
If you’re looking for a puppy who will fill your home with love, gentle play, warm greetings, and loyal companionship, Albany might just be the perfect addition to your family.
