DESCRIPTION
Meet Pepper Minstix!
This young girl is looking for a new name and a new home. Could that be you?
Pepper is good with kids 7 and up and is almost potty trained. Pepper is gentle, sweet, and could use a fur sibling in the home or she would be ok as an only dog.
We recommend puppy classes for all of our puppies. Puppy classes a great way for your pup to meet other dogs, build confidence, and learn proper manners. Always keep training positive, rewarding, and fun. We focus on rewarding good behavior and building trust. No shock collars, prong collars, or choke chains needed.
The more positive experiences a puppy has now, the more likely they will grow into a happy, well-adjusted adult dog.
If your application was approved and you received a call back from the Humane Society of Macomb for a meet and greet, plan to take the animal home that day. Be prepared to adopt and to bring a home a new family member. We cannot place puppies/dogs on hold to come pick up for another day.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets. We can never guarantee the breeds of the animals. We do not DNA test. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
ABOUT: LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
