DESCRIPTION
FINN Is a big fan of treats, what lab isn't! He's excited to meet other dogs and can be quite wiggly in his enthusiasm. He enjoys walks and has a nice speedy gait (looking for an exercise partner?) He takes a minute to acclimate to new people, but once comfortable, he's a love. Shows interest in toys, but doesn't have that fetch part down yet. Mr Finn currently weighs in at 76lbs. If you're interested in meeting Finn, please visit https://humboldtgov.org/2658/Animal-Shelter and fill out an application to be pre-approved to make an appointment.
ABOUT: LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
