Taki is a sweet and well-behaved girl! She loves everyone she meets and good with dogs of all sizes. Taki has a rough start in life. However, it doesn’t stop her from loving and trusting humans. She is doing well in her foster home and ready for a forever home. Taki started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her house training. Taki loves her trips to the doggie park and absolutely enjoys hiking in the woods. Taki is a wonderful dog and will make a good family dog.
Taki’s Rescue Story
Taki and Taki were abandoned on the streets. They must have been starving for quite some time. They wanted to please yet were so scared on the streets. A kind lady was traveling with her dog and saw them. She had some food and quickly shared some with them and they ate really fast. The kind lady’s dog is not good with other dogs and so she couldn’t take them in. She quickly contacted a rescue group. Within a few days, the rescue finally came to catch them. TNR rescue groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs. TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals. The volunteer caring for them loves them and didn’t want to see them back on the streets. The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with them and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets. The founder of the rescue organization has over 160 dogs waiting for homes. She really does not have space for another dog. However, she could not bear to see them suffering on the streets. She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life.
Taki had a thorough medical checkup. She had been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Taki a loving home where she will never be left behind again.
