DESCRIPTION
All Rescues have origin stories, and this is one for the ages. A litter of Black Lab/Great Pyrenees pups, found at the end of a road in Georgia. Inside a laundry basket was a trash bag. Inside the trash bag were puppies, A’ja was one. She was tiny, maybe 6 weeks old, discarded like yesterday’s trash.
A Vet Tech scooped up the babies and brought them to the Vet clinic she works. All the pups were fed, vaccinated, altered, microchipped, dewormed, loved and saved from a fate we don’t want to mention, but know all to well.
Named after Women’s Basketball player: A’ja Wilson, our pup is ready to shine and wiggle her way into your heart. She is a lovable, sweet little nugget, but remember, she is a puppy, so be prepared to teach her the ropes of potty training and leash walking. If you are up for that, puppy kisses will be your reward. A’ja is 4 months old, about 20lbs and ready to snuggle and play with your dogs, cats and kids- SHE IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW!
