Born at the end of November 2025, Mello is a sweet, loving little guy with a big heart and an even bigger future ahead of him. He was surrendered to DHS due to landlord restrictions--through no fault of his own--and now he's ready to find a forever family who will cherish him.

Mello is said to be a mix of Border Collie, Labrador Retriever, and Pittie, which means he's likely to grow into a smart, loyal, and active companion. The best of all worlds!

Before coming to DHS, Mello had been around young children, cats, and other dogs. Now in his foster home, he's continuing his puppy education--learning all the important things a young pup needs to know. He's been introduced to kitties, dogs, and even chickens, and he's taken it all in stride like a champ.
