Meet This Sweet Girl Margo!

This beautiful 4-month-old doodle mix is a little girl who has already been through far more than any puppy should.

Her family left her behind at a park in Providence, where she was picked up by Animal Control. Thankfully, she was brought into the care of ARNE and is now safe, loved, and being cared for by a wonderful local foster family.

We believe she spent most of her young life in a crate, so she is experiencing so many firsts right now. She is learning how to walk confidently, discovering what grass feels like beneath her paws, and figuring out stairs. Every day brings a new accomplishment, and watching her discover the world is incredibly special.

She is also on the skinny side right now, so she will need a family committed to helping her gain some healthy weight and get the nourishment she needs to grow into a strong, healthy girl. With proper nutrition, love, and care, we know she will fill out beautifully.

Despite everything she has been through, this little girl is happy, friendly, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. She loves being around people and especially enjoys curling up on the couch for cuddles.

She is doing wonderfully with kids and other dogs, and she is slowly learning to trust and understand that she is finally safe. She is also crate trained and sleeps through the night like a champ!

She has so much love to give. All she needs is a family willing to be patient with her as she continues learning what it means to simply be a puppy—and what it feels like to finally be loved.

We cant wait to watch her blossom into the confident, happy girl she was always meant to be.
