Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to Doodle Bob.

Yes. That is his real name.
No, I did not name him.
If I had, it would have been something dignified like Sir Fluffington the Third.

Now let’s talk about the part that makes my basset ears drag the floor.

Doodle Bob is about 2 years old, and until recently his life consisted of being kept on a chain while another dog was allowed to attack him.

Yeah. I’m going to pause here while everyone collectively side-eyes humanity.

The shocking part?

This boy is still sweet as pie.

Somehow, after everything he’s been through, Doodle Bob decided the world is still worth liking.

Meanwhile, if someone had done that to me, I’d be running a revenge operation with three squirrels and a stolen backhoe.
