Meet Nugget!

Nugget is a 6 month old, 22lb Jack Russell Terrier Mix who loves food, following his humans around, and cuddles.

His superpowers include being friendly with everyone, learning commands for his treats and offering loyal companionship by following you everywhere! Sudden noises like the doorbell can make him bark because he is unsure about who's on the other side but he settles down when you comfort him. In terms of house training, he is working on doing his bathroom business outdoors. He thrives on a steady routine and lots of treats and praise!

Some of his favorite things are his tennis balls that he likes to catch and bite, his squeaky toy and his favorite treat beef liver.

If you're looking for a sweet boy who will never leave your side, cuddle with you comfortably in bed and greet you with kisses and his cute paws, he might be your perfect match!

Nugget is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY. His adoption fee is $575.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
