Azul is a 6-month-old, 10-pound terrier mix from Mexico with the sweetest personality and the cutest little pink-spotted belly. She's the kind of puppy who wins hearts instantly — gentle, fun, cuddly, incredibly smart, and just an all-around easy little companion.
Azul has adjusted beautifully to life in the city and has quickly become the perfect mix of playful explorer and professional snuggle buddy. She loves going on walks, sniffing around the neighborhood, and meeting new people. At first she can be a little shy, but she warms up quickly and soon you'll find her happily asking for pets — especially belly rubs!
At home, Azul is a calm, cozy little shadow. She loves curling up next to you while you work from home, resting peacefully by your side, or sneaking into the comfiest pillow nook she can find for a nap. If you can't find her, she's probably tucked between two pillows sleeping upside-down.
Azul is also incredibly smart and eager to learn. She picked up potty training on day one and has had almost no accidents since. Living in an apartment, she usually goes outside for potty breaks and does very well with her routine. She's also great about using her pee pad for emergencies. She's already learning commands like “sit” and “stay”, and she learns new things amazingly fast. She picked up leash training in just a few days and walks nicely by your side, even in busy city environments. Like any puppy, Azul is still learning the ropes and will need a forever family who is excited to continue reinforcing her training and helping her grow into the amazing dog she's already showing herself to be—the good news is she learns incredibly quickly and is very eager to please.
Azul loves being close to her people and forms strong bonds with them. Because of that, she can sometimes feel a little nervous when left alone for long periods, but she is already making progress and learning that her humans always come back. She sleeps peacefully through the night in her crate and will likely still be warm and sleepy by the time you wake her up.
While she enjoys playtime and exploring outside, Azul is equally happy coming home to curl up for a nap and recharge. She's a wonderful balance of fun, affectionate, and easygoing.
Azul does well in her crate and can relax in her space, but her favorite place will always be snuggled up next to her people. She would thrive in a loving home that can continue nurturing her training and give her the cuddles she adores.
Her future family can expect a sweet, affectionate puppy who wants to be your little companion in everything you do— whether that's a walk in the park, a cozy movie night, or simply keeping you company while you work.
