Bailey becomes deeply loyal to her person — the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room, sit quietly by your side, and look at you like you are her whole world.
She does well with other dogs with slow, proper introductions and seems to be okay with cats. She walks on a leash and is improving every day. She is not destructive — she doesn’t dig or try to escape — she simply wants a calm, loving place where she can finally exhale.
Like many dogs who have been let down, Bailey may bark at strangers at first — not out of aggression, but out of uncertainty. But behind that is a gentle, sensitive soul who just needs someone to show her she’s safe.
