Meet Cooper — a 9-year-old, 9-pound gentleman with a huge heart & an even bigger love for cuddles. It's hard rot believe Cooper was rescued as a stray in Texas. Cooper is the kind of dog who simply wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. Want to go for a walk? He’s ready. Want to throw a toy? He’s thrilled. Want to curl up on the couch & relax? Cooper will happily snuggle right in and keep you company.
He absolutely loves toys & playing catch. He gets adorably vocal when the game gets exciting. Cooper is incredibly polite, he’ll happily play with whatever toy you offer him but won’t go rummaging through everything!
At just 9 pounds, Cooper is small but surprisingly tall & athletic which is his greyhound shining through! He’s incredibly agile and loves to jump around during playtime.
He’s housebroken, doesn’t mark indoors, and doesn’t bark at the door. When you’re eating, he’ll sit nearby and watch politely without ever trying to steal a bite!
He’s also proven to be a very easygoing companion. He’s curious about other dogs but never pushy & doesn’t force interactions. He did great at the groomer and has shown himself to be very trusting and comfortable with people.
Most of all, Cooper is just an incredibly loving little dog who made himself right at home from day one. His ideal home is simply one where he can be loved — especially by someone who enjoys cuddling as much as he does. He would likely do well with other dogs and possibly kids too.
