Meet Marlin!

Straight from the reef (okay.. the shelter), Marlin is a 10 month old Husky with a heart as big as the ocean. Inspired by the brave dad from Finding Nemo, this Marlin may not be searching the sea for his son, but he is on a quest for his forever home.

Marlin is super sweet, friendly, and always ready to make new friends. He came in with his pal Dory, just like in the movie, this duo knows how to stick together and have a good time. He plays well with other dogs and would love a buddy to romp around with on land instead of sea.

And because he's a husky, he occasionally "sings the song of his people" -- think less ocean waves, and more adorable dramatic serenades. It's just his way of expressing his feelings (which are many).

If you're looking for a lovable, social, slightly theatrical best friend to join you on life's big adventure, Marlin is ready to swim right into your heart.

**Marlin has been neutered, vaccinated against Rabies, canine distemper and bordetella. He is also heartworm negative.**

Marlin will have an adoption fee of $140.55 with an approved adoption application. This fee covers the cost of his neuter, heartworm test, and vaccinations. He is take home ready!

These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families. Originally bred for sledding and endurance in cold climates, huskies are intelligent and independent, often displaying a strong prey drive. Proper training and regular exercise are crucial to keep these playful and social animals happy and well adjusted.
