DESCRIPTION
Luna (A141102) is a 6-month-old AK Husky who weighed 38.2 pounds on intake! These cute little sisters are Luna and Bandit! They were surrendered to the shelter and are looking for their new families to grow old with! These girls were said to be kennel-trained, but are still working on potty training and basic commands. We encourage their next owners to bring them to a basic obedience class with a certified trainer to continue working on their manners and build their confidence. They were both said to LOVE the outdoors and playing in the snow! They were both known to dig, jump on people, and get into trash. They are looking for homes that can keep them both mentally and physically stimulated as they age! They have not met many new people in their lives so making sure that introductions are done in a slow, safe, and controlled manner is important especially if you have smaller kiddos at home. They were, however, said to really like other dogs and these girls love playing! They have no experience with smaller critters, so if you have small pets in your home, please ensure appropriate introductions are made. If you are interested in meeting Luna or Bandit, please let us know!
