DESCRIPTION
Quill is a classic Husky heartthrob with plenty to say and absolutely no shame about it. This stunning guy brings the full Husky package: goofy commentary, playful energy, dramatic flair, and a love for chase games that keeps life entertaining. He’s affectionate and friendly but also proudly independent, with just a tiny sprinkle of bossiness now and then—hey, someone has to supervise the fun. Quill does well in a crate, walks pretty nicely on leash, and would love a human who’s ready for adventures, laughs, and maybe a few Husky singalongs along the way.
All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!
To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.

ABOUT: HUSKY DOG BREED
The husky breed is renowned for its striking appearance, characterized by piercing eyes and a thick double coat. These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families. Originally bred for sledding and endurance in cold climates, huskies are intelligent and independent, often displaying a strong prey drive. Proper training and regular exercise are crucial to keep these playful and social animals happy and well adjusted.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
