RuBarbara was found in the saddest condition, living in the streets. Neighbors noted that a few pups were dumped in the street and grew up there. RuB had eyes gooped shut that we thought she was blind, covered in mange, emaciated and terrified. A local rescuer took her in transformed her life since! She is now ready for her adoptive home where she can fully decompress and thrive. A savvy dog owner is preferred and she can live with a male dog.
