Meet Queen Genevieve
She is settling into her foster home and is an absolute love bug
She was found as a stray in Texas and is currently in a foster home down there till transport. She had some mange causing her hair to fall off but great news, that has been treated and its starting to grow back
Fosters say she is as sweet as can be
**Loves to snuggle
**Loves to sun bathe
**Calm husky (on the lower energy side for a husky)
**A literal angel and her hair should fully grow back in a month!
Medical Notes:
- She will need continued medical baths till her hair grows back (we will provide the prescription)
- She is Heartworm positive, this is a non contagious disease that dogs get when they are bite by mosquitoes and not on prevention (common for texas dogs). She has started her pills she needs to take for 30 days then will need shots that are fully covered by us at our Golden Vet
-She is still gaining some weight so expect her to get bigger
- She likely had a lot of litters while living on the streets so she sits funny but X rays all came back clear, so likely just has some arthritis in her hips
