OUT-OF-TOWN Dogs with NDR refer to dogs we have saved that have yet to make their journey to Ontario. These dogs are currently in our care with the help of our partners in the area. These dogs will all travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found.

Meet Riddles: The Gentle Soul Waiting to Shine
Riddles is a handsome 7 year old lab/husky mix who is truly a baby at heart. While he has the striking long coat of a husky, he's much more laid back than the typical husky - think of him as a professional cuddler who just happens to have great hair?

Riddles has spent his entire life in a loving home, and while hes currently adjusting to some big changes, his sweet personality is just waiting for the right person to come draw it out. He is a sensitive, soulful boy who simply needs a little extra time to realize he's safe and loved.

Riddles Personality Profile:
-The "Slow-Burn" Best Friend: Riddles isn't a "love at first sight" kind of guy - he prefers to take things slow. He warms up to women fairly quickly, and if you're a man it may take a few weeks of patience and treats to win his full trust. Once you're in his circle though, you're in for life!
-A Gentle Heart: because he's a sensitive soul, he appreciates a calm environment. Fast movements can startle him, so he does best with a family that moves at his pace and understands that he's just a little shy at first.
-The Ultimate Cat Fan: Riddles absolutely loves cats! He currently shares his home with a feline friend and is a perfect gentleman with them.

The husky breed is renowned for its striking appearance, characterized by piercing eyes and a thick double coat. These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families.
