Josephine is the kind of dog who makes people stop mid-walk and say, “Whoa… who’s that?” With her long legs, graceful build, and absolutely gorgeous face, she looks like she just stepped off the cover of Hound Vogue. If there were a runway for dogs, Josephine would be strutting down it in slow motion.
But don’t let the supermodel looks fool you, she’s also incredibly sweet and down to earth. Josephine enjoys the company of other dogs and has a gentle, friendly personality that makes her easy to love. She’s the type who wins people over quietly… and then suddenly everyone is asking about her.
At around 2 years old, Josephine is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. If you’re looking for a beautiful, sweet-natured dog with legs for days and a heart to match, Josephine might just be your girl. Just be prepared, once you meet her, it’s very hard not to fall in love.

ADOPTION INFORMATION

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
- Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
- We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
