DESCRIPTION

Meet Rome,
Rome is in the Adoption Ambassador foster program. Foster families take animals into their homes and help them get adopted. This is what his/her foster family is saying about him/her:

Rome is a gentle, soulful little guy with the sweetest eyes and the softest tan coat. He’s the kind
of puppy who loves to perch himself right beside you (or halfway over the couch like he owns it)
just to be close. He’s curious about the world but still has that calm, thoughtful personality that
makes him extra special.

Rome enjoys playtime, cozy naps, and watching everything going on around him. He’s learning
new things every day and would love a family that will give him patience, love, and plenty of
belly rubs. With his loyal heart and laid-back charm, Rome is ready to be someone’s best friend
for life

Interested in Rome?! Contact our team: Berkeleycampus@charlestonanimalsociety.org or 843-719-5050 (leave a message if no answer).

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
