Lily is a sweet, shy pup who came into the shelter in AL with her sister, Lilac. We don't know how she came to be in the shelter but we know that she's a bit shy and reserved in the scary shelter environment. She is gentle despite her fear and we know that she is going to blossom in a loving home. She's estimated to be about 5 months old and we believe she's a Pyrenees possibly mixed with Anatolian. That being said, she will likely be large and would benefit from a fenced-in yard. As a puppy she will need a family committed to all the puppy things: potty, leash, crate, and basic training, and a family home more often than not to meet her puppy needs. She's currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in mid-May.
If you think you might be interested in adopting Lily or just want to get pre-approved to adopt through us, please fill out an application on our website. Approvals are valid for one year and you will not have the waiting period of an application if you see a dog that you like! Approved adopters are placed on our email list for each transport and receive our Google slides that we send to all pre-approved adopters before posting on Petfinder and our social media and are eligible to attend our meet and greet events.
