HSFC will require that you meet the animal prior to submitting an application. Everyone living in the household must come down and meet the animal that you would like to adopt. If you are meeting with a dog, all other dogs from the household must come and meet the dog also. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to adopt an animal.
We ask for landlord contact information if you are renting.
We highly suggest calling the shelter before coming down to ensure that the animal you are interested in is still available for adoption. Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog or cat from the Humane Society of Fremont County.
