Ellie is a big girl who's never had the chance to see the big world because spent most of her life cooped up in an apartment. Sadly, this made Ellie quite afraid when she came to the shelter and had to meet all new people. Now that she's had some time to settle in and begin to trust the staff, she is ready to start her journey finding her new home.

Ellie is a mix of livestock guardian breeds, which means she is very loyal to her people and protective of her space. She needs a home where there isn't a ton of foot traffic from strangers, no apartments for Ellie!

Ellie has successfully lived with a bunny in the past, and has shown friendly interested in smaller dogs. She is wary of dogs the same size or larger than her.
