Great Pyrenees and Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Camembert is a beautiful 3.5 month old, female mixed breed puppy. She has a gorgeous white coat with black and brown accents. She was found abandoned, along with her littermates, in rural Texas. A good samaritan picked them up and brought them to the shelter just in the knick of time- Texas experienced a deep freeze a few days later.

Curious about their mix? One of the siblings, Nova, had a Wisdom Panel DNA test done. The litter came back mostly Great Pyrenees (about 71%), with a little Pit Bull Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, Anatolian Shepherd, and even Greyhound mixed in. Like many rescue puppies, they’re a fun blend of breeds and personalities — and each one is completely unique.

She is working on her potty training, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home in WI as she is just a young puppy.

She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition.

Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
