Meet Riyah - A Gentle Giant with a Heart Full of Love
Riyah is an 8-month-old Great Dane weighing 77 pounds, and this growing girl is as sweet as they come! With her loving nature and loyal personality, she's the definition of a "velcro dog" who just wants to be close to her people.
Riyah is incredibly friendly and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. She enjoys companionship and thrives in a home where she can be part of the family and included in everyday life. Whether she's following you from room to room or settling in nearby, she simply loves being by your side.
She's crate trained and does well with structure, making her an easy addition to a home ready for a large (and still growing!) puppy. Despite her size, Riyah has a gentle and affectionate demeanor that makes her a joy to be around.
Due to an injury, Riyah will need to be in a home as an only dog or with smaller canine companions to help keep her safe as she continues to heal and grow.
With her sweet personality, loving heart, and gentle spirit, Riyah is ready to find a home that will give her all the cuddles and companionship she deserves.
Could Riyah be your new best friend?

Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
