Lisa - Great Dane and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in New Orleans, Louisiana

The Great Dane is a majestic and gentle giant known for its impressive size and friendly demeanor. With roots dating back to ancient times, this breed is valued for its noble appearance and loyal temperament. Great Danes are known to be excellent family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Despite their intimidating stature, they are generally gentle and affectionate, making them great pets for families of all sizes. Their easygoing nature and playful personality make them a popular choice for those seeking a loving and regal companion.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

Our mission is to promote, protect and advance the well-being of Louisiana's companion animals.
