Fostered since he was just seven weeks old, Oakley has grown up learning how to be part of a family. Now seven months old, he’s potty trained, crate trained, doggy-door trained, knows his basic commands, walks beautifully on a leash, and is fully up to date on vaccinations. He’s incredibly smart, treat motivated, and genuinely loves to learn.

He has the sweetest balance of playful and peaceful. He’ll run around with other dogs (he’s had several besties in foster), happily chew on his favorite bones, and then settle down right near you — always close, always connected. And when he gets the chance? He leans into you and gives the kind of full-body hugs that make you feel instantly comforted.
