Meet Finnias (“Finn”)

Hi. Yes. Hello. It is I—the tall, dark, slightly mysterious gentleman you’ve been scrolling for. 🖤
My name is Finnias… but my friends call me Finn. Sometimes Finny, if we’re being extra affectionate. I’m a 65-pound Greyhound/Lab mix, about two years old, and—important detail—a Scorpio. That means I’m loyal, deeply emotional, and fully capable of staring into your soul while you eat salmon… which, by the way, is my absolute favorite. If you have salmon, we are already bonded.

I might seem a little shy when we first meet. I like to observe. Assess. Brood just a tiny bit. But once I decide you’re my person? Oh buddy… you will gain a 65-pound shadow who believes personal space is purely theoretical. I love cuddling. Not nearby—touching. Leaning dramatically. Existing in emotional proximity at all times.

When I play, I hop like a bunny. Yes, really. Think elegant gazelle… but bouncy. Tug-of-war? Elite athlete. Toy destruction? I prefer the term artistic deconstruction. I’m also super curious about the world. I may not have spent much time indoors before, but I’m doing amazing now—no accidents, crate trained, and a huge fan of soft beds, air conditioning, and cozy couch cuddles. Highly recommend this indoor lifestyle.

My foster mom is teaching me all the good house-dog things, and I’m trying really hard because I’m a smart boy and I want to make my person proud. I’m also naturally protective—I take my job of watching over my humans very seriously. You’ll feel safe with me around.

A few honest notes from management (that’s me):
• No cats. I simply cannot be trusted with tiny zoomy creatures.
• I can do okay with other dogs, but I’d truly shine as your one-and-only. I love my person big.

I had a really hard chapter before coming here—someone left me hurt and alone. But my foster mom took care of me, helped me heal, and reminded me that most humans are kind. Now I’m ready to give my whole heart to someone who will love me forever.

At my core, I’m just a sweet, affectionate, slightly dramatic, salmon-motivated boy who wants a home, a couch, and a person to love fiercely.
